International deliveries can vary from 7 to 14 days

Your jewelry is totally insured.

Shipping cost is calculated at the end of your order when you check out. It does NOT include the custom fees and taxes fees levied by the receiver country. Meaning that you are responsible of the custom & taxes fees assessed by the country you are shipping to.

Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation email including details of your order as well as a tracking number to monitor its progress will be sent to you

Exchange:

Exchange can be done within 7 days of delivery. Items can be exchanged if the merchandise is in the exact condition in which it was shipped

The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and custom duties
